For fermenters wanting to ferment large batches of kraut, kimchi, cucumbers, or other produce, the Gallon Glass Jar is a perfect Fit. This jar is also included in our Extra Large Fermentation Kit.
Also keep in mind our normal wide mouth lids will not fit the Gallon Glass Jar. So instead we sell our larger Gallon Jar Lids, in both Storage Lid and Fermenter Lid variations. We also sell Extra Large Lid Gaskets to ensure your ferments are still properly sealed.
