Our Pure Sea Salt is all natural and completely unrefined.  The salt crystals are collected from the salt ponds of Australia and carefully crushed and screened to size.  We do not include any additives, bleach, allergens, or anti-caking agents.  We guarantee the purity of the salt and ensure a consistent and balanced flavor and texture for every order.

This fine grain salt is perfect for vegetable fermentation.  It dissolves easily in water to make the perfect brine for your lacto ferments.  It is the perfect replacement for any of your current refined or domestic sea salt.  This salt is primarily used in all our vegetable fermentation kits.
